Shanty Creek Resorts features two mountains at one resort! At Shanty Creek, you can enjoy 55 runs on two mountains, 6 terrain parks, 7 lifts, alpine tubing and 30km of Nordic trails.

Schuss Mountain’s 450’ vertical includes 43 runs, 5 quad chairs, a magic carpet for beginners and 5 terrain parks, including northern Michigan’s only Monster Energy Park. Schuss Mountain has long defined skiing in Michigan. So it’s no surprise Shanty Creek was rated “Best Downhill Terrain in the Midwest” by OnTheSnow.com’s visitors. For racers and those looking for a challenge, Schuss Mountain’s face (aka Kingdom Come) offers some of Michigan’s steepest terrain making it an easy decision for high school and club ski teams from all around to choose Shanty Creek for training.

Summit Mountain’s variety of trails all begin from the Lakeview Hotel, uniquely located on top of the mountain. Summit Mountain features 12 runs, 1 Terrain Park and 2 double lifts.

Combine great terrain with special ski events, discount lift ticket pricing, and season passes for all ages, Shanty Creek makes it easy to schuss all winter long.
